New all non Chuckwagon models of Cactus Jack can use the Revers Flow Technic.

Thanks to the new docking station of the chimney and the new docking station for the right side – Reverse Flow is now available at all models (except Chuckwagons)

The Kit consist out of several  revers flow plates (heavy duty build) and a smaller chimney for the rigth side

With the Reverse Flow technic you reduce the temperature dramatically for the cooking process and you add with the longer cooking technic even more flavour to the food if wanted and needed!

In addition it protects any food big time with this sort of much more indirect and much lower smoking & BBQ technic.

Note: Please take out the Cactus Jack BBQ Filter first and maybe leave it out all the time when you cook reverse flow
